Tereza has just graduated from high school and has the world at her feet - until a tiny spot appears in her field of vision. The diagnosis is grim: she is going blind. She is rescued from despair by Nera, a guide dog trained to keep Tereza safe. In Nera, she finds a kindred spirit, but she soon realizes that the freedom she is regaining has its limits. Nera has been trained to suppress her natural instincts, so Tereza begins to break the rules of her training to liberate her. Gradually, she is forced to choose: accept a system that treats Nera as a tool, or disrupt their relationship, risking the safety of them both.
